Latest Tablet equipped 8.9-inch touch screen this size, will be placed among a number of products made by Samsung tablet Galaxy Tab already inaugurated before, namely a Galaxy Tab 7-inch and Galaxy Tab size of 10.1. To give a more optimal strength tablets Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 3G, with the support Android operating system 3.0 (Honeycomb), along with its own user interface of the samsung, the TouchWiz UX UI. Android 3.0 Honeycomb is available only for Tablet PC devices.

Specifications on the tablet PC has been equipped with a screen resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. With a mobile figure, because it has a thickness of only 8.6 mm and weighs only 470 grams. Many Android Tablets are pouring in this year even in Indian Markets and even Govt. of India has announced a 35$ Android tablet PC for students. Huawei Smakit S7 however is already announced earlier this year has entered Indian Market- 7 inch Display screen device running on Android 2.2 Froyo.
